 
Kayaking is a great way to explore nature, because a kayak has few limits. It is versatile in places that range form a thin film of water is a riverbed, to faster flowing rivers and rapids to even great oceans and waves several meters high. We usually prefer calm waters for kayaking, because a kayaking adventure for us is much more than "just" paddling. Kayaking brings us to places that are best explored from a small boat close to the water surface. In a kayak, we are able to glide through sea caves and zigzag the reefs without any navigation problems. We can approach wildlife in the water and close to shore, meet other boating cultures on our journey, or just enjoy the silence around us. You’ll settle into the easy natural rhythm of paddler and kayak, and very often the only noise you’ll hear is your paddle meeting the water. Sea kayaking is an activity that’s fun for people of all ages and skill levels. From the novice paddler to the experienced ocean-going veteran, anyone can do it.Comfort and safety is our first priority. Even though we primarily paddle calm waters, we require that lifejackets be worn at all time on the water. When paddling, you will always be in visual contact with your group. In Brazil, places suitable for kayaking can be found almost all over the country, some of them offering opportunities for adventure, where the thrill of the sport is mixed with the delight of fantastic scenery. For slalom, there is nothing like the River Paranhana, in Três Coroas, Rio Grande do Sul, site of the world championship in 1997. For downriver, the most sought after locations are Rio Preto in Visconde de Mauá (RJ), and the River Formoso (Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul). For surfing the waves with kayak, Barra da Tijuca (RJ), Ubatuba (SP) and Florianopólis (Santa Catarina) are most popular.
